Green Lean Protein Smoothie
– a generous handful of organic spinach or kale
– 1 Organic banana
– 1 date
– 3tbs of oatmeal
– 1tbs of Pumpkin Seeds
– 3tbs egg whites
– cinnamon pinch
– 7Oz of organic coconut water
– Blend all the ingredients with Ice and Enjoy!

Red Lean Protein Smoothie
– 1 cup of organic raspberries & strawberries
